This is your opportunity to gather, grow, and take action alongside the Texas Montessori community — with inspiring keynote presentations, engaging sessions, and great food to fuel the day.
About the Conference
The Texas Montessori Conference is the central gathering point for the Texas Montessori community to connect, learn, and collectively amplify our voices in advocating for equitable access to high-quality Montessori education across the state.
This year we aim to:
Connect: Bring together Texas Montessorians across program models and training affiliations in a space where every educator, leader, and advocate is seen, valued, and at home.
Educate: Provide practical learning opportunities that equip our community with the tools and skills to strengthen their work and deepen their impact.
Mobilize: Empower attendees to take collective action for Montessori in Texas — building a movement that is joyful, sustained, and growing.
Advance Access: Champion strategies that expand equitable access to quality Montessori education in every corner of the state.
Sustain the Work: Grow a conference that generates the resources necessary to fund TEAM's ongoing advocacy, ensuring that the momentum built here carries forward throughout the year.

Join Montessorians from across Texas for TEAM's Statewide Virtual Meeting, a one-hour gathering where our community comes together to speak with One Voice for high-quality Montessori. To make it easier for teachers, school leaders, and training centers to attend, we're offering the same meeting twice: once in the morning and once in the evening. You'll hear the latest on TEAM's advocacy and policy work, including Montessori credential recognition, Texas Rising Star implementation, and the upcoming 90th Legislative Session. We'll also share progress on TEAM's strategic plan and give you a chance to name the barriers you face in your classroom, school, or training center. That input goes directly into our planning. Each meeting also spotlights a Montessori changemaker and previews what's ahead, including our Nurturing Change conference on November 7 in San Antonio. Everyone can be an advocate, so bring a colleague and add your voice to the conversation.

Gather & Grow is coming to Georgetown. It's a free, in-person afternoon for Montessori educators, school leaders, parents, and advocates in the Austin region. Hosted by Forbes Academy, the gathering is a chance to connect with local Montessorians, share experiences, and strengthen the network of support across Central Texas. TEAM will lead an interactive session focused on discussion, where we'll explore current advocacy priorities, hear what your community needs, and share ways to get involved. After the session, Forbes Academy will lead a campus tour, and light snacks will be provided. Every Gather & Grow is shaped by the community that shows up, so your voice and perspective matter here.
